I consent to the fact that all information provided above is correct to my best knowledge. I/we agree to pay $300(tax included) to Lead Depo corporation as retainer fees for leads depo corporation facilitating the services of a mortgage brokerage for my mortgage requirements. Lead Depo corporation agrees to arrange the best mortgage brokerage services to procure the mortgage for me/us. These retainer fees are to be adjusted in mortgage fees in the event the entire or partial mortgage amount is procured by the mortgage brokerage for me/us. In case of failure to procure a mortgage by the mortgage brokerage for me/us, Leads Depot Corporation will refund the retainer fees within 30 days of the date when they were paid. Lead Depo may use or disclose my/our personal information collected for business purposes to fulfill the reason for which that information is provided. It does not collect additional types of personal information or use the personal information collected for reasons which are significantly different, irrelevant, or incompatible without notice.
